Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. As a small, owner-operated shop, we take care in packaging each vintage piece to ensure it arrives safely.
Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship across Canada via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Packaging All items are carefully wrapped and packed to protect them in transit. Fragile and breakable pieces receive extra padding.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date at hello@maisonthrift.ca with your order number and photos if applicable. We'll do our best to make it right.
